We’re turning 30! And you learn a lot in 30 years - the good, the bad and what’s truly important.

We know the only thing that’s going to make a real difference now is if the work we do creates positive change. That is why, looking forward to 2030 and beyond, we’ll be putting as much work into doing good as we put into keeping people smelling good.

So, for our 30th Birthday, we’re dedicated to working in partnership with the brands we love, to help develop, launch and sell scent as sustainably as possible. Our birthday gift, is our commitment to a better future for all.

Below are the pledges that we promise to deliver by 2030, and some of our goals for now and beyond.
